These lightweight, heavy duty aluminum alloy 6351-T6 Carbon Dioxide Cylinders have replaced the heavy steel cylinders formerly in use. They are rust free and 30% lighter.
By depressing the operating lever, carbon dioxide from the cylinder is discharged as a white cloud of “snow” which smothers the fire. A clean, nonconductor of electricity for Class B and C types fires. Capacity given is in pounds of extinguishing agent. Shipping weight is in pounds.
