Highway Safety Flares provide maximum early warning to on-coming drivers. They are visible under any weather condition. Each Flare has a band of reflective material on the outer cover, making them highly visible even before ignition. A special four-sided anti-roll cap prevents rolling. The fuses are UL listed and registered for emegency signature with the California State Fire Marshall. Availble in 20- and 30-minute sizes with plain ends, no spike.
