Skull Savers have been designed to help protect personnel from the dangers of protruding ladders, obstacles which cannot always be seen in the event of an emergency. With their bright yellow covers, Skull Savers help firemen avoid possible collisions, and in the event of a collision, the heavy foam padding helps protect the firemen from injury. The Skull Saver comes with a large “Keep Back” sign that is visible for over 100’.
They are attached to the ladder via self-fastening strips, making them fast and easy to remove and replace. Each Skull Saver also has a safety strap, which clips on the vehicle to prevent loss.
Skull Savers are made to fit all ladders and are constructed of heavy duty fabric to withstand the harsh fire service environment.
