The new Cylinder Guardian, made of sturdy 1050 Denier Ballistic Nylon and Cordura, was developed to protect SCBA cylinders from abrasion during training procedures. The Guardian opens at both ends, making it easy to put on and take off, and then secures tightly on both ends with inner Velcro straps and outer elastic closure and snaps. The Guardian fits onto most SCBA harnesses without additional adjustments. Bold safety lettering indicates that the Guardian is for training purposes only and not to be used in a fire.
The Cylinder Guardian comes in three sizes; small, medium, and large.
