Designed by firefighters to safely and securely hold a flat head axe and hooligan tool, our Deluxe Hooligan/Axe Sling covers the axe head and both points of the hooligan tool with padded Cordura®. Velcro straps made of polypropylene webbing hold the tools together securely. The sling has a strap for carrying tools over the shoulder and a handle for carrying with a gloved hand.
