The Foam-Flo meters wildland (class A) foam concentrate into hose lines in the desired percentages. The Foam-Flo can treat up to 100 GPM or as low as 5 GPM of water. Foam concentrate can be metered into the hose lines in various amounts, from .01% to 1%.
The Foam-Flo can easily be installed on Slip-On Units, Portable Pumps or Pumpers. There are three hoses, one is attached to the pump suction, the second hose attaches to the pump discharge and the third to the foam concentrate. All connections are on the back side of the Foam-Flo. An integrated ball check valve prevents water from entering the foam supply. All components are anodized aluminum, brass or stainless steel, and the label is a tough waterproof vinyl. The unit measures 61/2 x 3 x 11/4 and weighs 2 lbs.
There are two models. The 11923A model is made to install on Portable Pumps. This model has garden hose fittings on all three connections. The foam pick up hose is supplied, the other two hoses are not.
The 11923F model has a garden hose thread on the foam pick. The other two connections are quick connects. All hoses and connections are supplied. This model is ideal when the Foam-Flo is permanently installed on a Slip-On or Pumper. The bracket is standard. Please note: the Foam-Flo is not for use with positive displacement pumps.
