The Cascade Hose Test Pump is designed for testing large quantities of hose quickly and safely. Hose testing is recommended after extensive use, for acceptance tests, annual maintenance, or after repairs. There are four independently valved 1½” NST discharges, allowing for test of 1, 2, 3, or 4 lines, simultaneously. Reducers or Increasers can be used to test hoses from 1” to 6” in size. A Regulating Valve allows pressures to be adjusted to any desired range up to 500 PSI. A silicon-filled Gauge permits easy reading of pressure setting.
The stainless steel manifold and fasteners with brass valves and baked powder coat finish ensures years of trouble free testing. An equipment tray runs along the top to keep tools handy.
The optional Pressure Washer can be quickly connected to the Hose Washer for light cleaning of apparatus, hoses, vehicles or other equipment. Because of lower pressures than commercial pressure washers, it is much safer to use on custom paint jobs and decals.
The Pressure Wand comes with 60’ of high pressure hose and quick connect couplings. There is also a feature that allows either plain water or liquid cleaners to be discharged through the nozzle.
