Our Face & Neck Protectors are made from high-visibilty yellow NOMEX®. The front of the shroud is secured with a self-fastening closure, and the Face & Neck Protector can easily be attached to your helmet providing increased protection against heat. Fastening strips are included for use with a variety of helmet brands. All design requirements comply with NFPA 1977 Standard on Protective Clothing and Equipment for Wildland Fire Fighting, 2005 Edition. Fabric meets flame resistant requirements of CAL OSHA Title 8 GISO Sections 3406(c)(1) and 3410(d)(1).
