The Waterous Floto-Pump™ portable fire pump was originally developed to meet the rugged forest fire demands of the United States Forest Service, and is now also used for marine service, dewatering, pool maintenance, environmental clean-up and irrigation. The Floto-Pump is ideal for firefighting in remoteaccess settings, fighting smaller-structure fires near a standing water source such as a lake or pool. Weighing only 42 lbs. (19.1 kg), the pump is easily carried by one person.
