"The equipment is warranted for a period of one year from the date of shipment to the extent we will repair or replace such equipment if it is defective by reason of faulty material of workmanship, under normal use and service for the purpose of which it was designed. All costs including shipping charges to be borne by contractor. Please notify contractor before returning any goods."
