The Outback 600™ is a lightweight 600 PSI Test Fire Hose. The jacket is 100% synthetic fibers with a high pick count, twill weave construction providing resistance to abrasion. The jacket is impregnated with a bright yellow high performance polymer which provides additional protection from abrasion and heat.
The liner is extruded polyurethane, which is a minimum thickness of .011” thick, but has a tensile strength of 3000 PSI. This thin liner makes the hose extremely light in weight and very flexible. Outback 600™ is impervious to mildew, rot or microbe attack. The hose does not get stiff after use. This is an ideal hose where weight and space are of primary concern as it occupies less than half the space of conventional forestry hose and is over 50% lighter in weight.
Available in 1”, 1½” or 1¾” diameters. Please note: the 1¾” is coupled with 1½” couplings.
